Our gas tanks have CE marking and ISO 9001:2015 and the quality certifications are being provided from TUV HELLAS S.A.
Certificates
Our company manufactures gas tanks according to the german standard AD MERKBLATT and it’s certified from TUV HELLAS S.A.. Also all the gas tanks are being certified from TUV HELLAS S.A.after their hydraulic and ultrasound check. All the internal operations (purchases, sales, construction, inspections etc) are being done according to ISO 9001:2015.
Guarantee of Gas Tank
The guarantee of the gas tank depends on the right installation (according to the EU regulations), the good use of it (see instructions for use), the environmental conditions and the soil acidity. So assuming all of the above are applied the durability of each component is the following:
SHELL: 15 - 25 YEARS
DYE: 5 - 15 YEARS
SAFATY VALVE: 10 YEARS
MULTIVALVE, LIQUID VALVE, OVERFLOW VALVE: 5 YEARS
MAGNETIC LEVEL GAUGE: 5 YEARS
Maintenance
Every 5 years the gas tank must be checked externally by a certification company (ultrasound) and every 10 years the safety valve must be changed by an expert.
The gas tank must be Safe – Reliable – TANKI GAS
The +30 experience of TANKI GAS consistis of hundreds of tanks each one standing out for it’s flawless construction. Tanki gas is similar to safety and reliability. The construction and inspection of the tanks is being done in our facilities by out experienced and certified personnel. Each tank has it’s own embossed serial number and technical book. The construction standard along with the certification body are well known all over the world. The gas tanks can be used in a wide variety of aplications such as heating, motion, storage, apliances input with absolute safety.
